We have used them in the past and they did a good job. This time they did an amazing job raising my blood pressure and leaving me with a dirty scratched up car for the low price of 375$ Ive attached some examples of the attention to detail they have at this time though I can only add 50 atttachments.

I brought my Honda crosstour I was selling to get detailed. First they told me they weren’t able to clean my vehicle which was odd, but I resale vehicles so I asked could they just do what they can. Car sat there for days due to my ignition being locked. After the locksmith guy came he told me how it could get locked and it had to be a worker trying to force it to turn. I didn’t argue I just simply paid for a new ignition switch as well as 2 new keys. Never did they take responsibility but claimed that the car was old so it had to break on its own. I took it to get fix and still went through with the service. $300+ and they only did the inside, never washed the outside and also broke my ignition. I would have felt better if they just acknowledge that they made a mistake and broke it and they were trying to crank the car but they blamed the car for being older. I believe they only want to work on newer cars so it’s easier to clean. They have preferences on what they clean and it shouldn’t be like this. I own a dealership and was looking to use them on every vehicle and they lost that. If your car is not newer don’t go to them because they’ll just deny you anyway. But see for yoursel

First off, the people I encountered were very friendly and pleasant. However, the wash experience was horrible. I’m really not a complainer but I felt this had to be addressed. H2O has done several ceramic coat jobs for ms in different vehicle including the one that sparked this 1star complaint. 3 month old car with a 3 month old ceramic coat developed water spots. I spoke ti someone who said they would take of it, but it was cost me $150. I make the appointment, drop the car off the Thursday night, the. Get I get a call from someone Friday morning saying they may not be able to get to my car until Monday because they were slammed. After a back in forth he said they would have it done Friday. I called back Friday around 1 to check status and some guy tell me they would charge me the full price and that it would be $65. I called back at 3:30 to get an eta the guy says 5 or 530. I get an uber there, On my way! It starts raking . lol when I get there the guy charges me $100 and would not honor the $65. This review will include facts only no opinions to alleviate any untruthfull pushback. I called in and had an appointment made with Jevin the day prior. August 24th I believe. I have an old vehicle with 500k+ miles that has been there before. This time it was discussed over the phone with a predetermined invoice. I was instructed to wait until about 8:30-9 am to arrive so there's enough time to have the rental there when we drop off. The gentleman that greeted me walked out to my truck as I explained the details of my appointment and he verbally said on each separate topic, they don't touch the bed of trucks, they don't do engine bays, and they won't be able to get this dirt off the hood. To which I replied with applying saliva on a napkin and wiping my hood infront of him and telling him all I need is the truck cleaned on the outside, inside, and engine bay like my invoice says nothing more. After that we walked inside together and he went straight to the next customer in line and served them and they left while I stood there waiting, watching him grabbing pictures of their vehicle. The car wash was decent I guess for touchless but the vacuums did not have good suction. I’m also not sure if it’s worth the money. It didn’t clean as much as I thought. My husband normally uses the two bucket method. One of the vacuum hoses on the right side actually fell out from the top so I couldn’t use it. I went on a Sunday. There were no free towels and tire shine isn’t available on the weekends or if nobody is in office to provide it. Better to come when they have staff here so you can address it in person.
